The dry leaf of this Darjeeling first flush is wiry ,dark, twists with shorter unfurled leaves in a sweet floral and grassy currents with an under-layer of wood whose infusion is of slender even leaves in forest shades tingled with sweet grass. The liquor is light yellow with sweet floral and lemony flavours.
To Brew: One teaspoon of the tea in 200ml of water heated to 90 to 95 deg Celsius . Steep for 3-5 mins .
