White Tea

White tea is the most prized  and delicate tea made from new growth buds  and young leaves . After plucking the leaves are simply withered and dried – Not oxidized at all  and so it retains the natural antioxidants and has very less caffeine content .  It has a delicate aroma  and the liquor can be a pale golden colour  that tastes of sweet honey notes  and lightly vegetal flavours.
