This is one of the finest 2nd flush Darjeeling Tea that has varied tastes and undertones of sweet honey, astringent peaches and the richness of chocolates. The leaves are carefully rolled wiry thin ones that are a mixture of brown and golden . The liquor is, as the name suggests, Ruby hued and has a citric flavor with an astringency of peaches.
To Brew: One teaspoon of the tea in 200ml of water heated to 90 to 95 deg Celsius . Steep for 3-5 mins .
